Our Roaster's pack contains two 12oz bags of coffee: one Traditional roast and one Dark roast. Compare the flavor difference that the degree of roasting can make. Traditional offers the truer flavor of this coffee, while the dark is valued for its "bite". The dark is suitable for espresso.
