| We are happy to offer the finest Certified Organic coffee. Our organic coffee is high altitude, shade-grown, hand selected and sun dried. Further, our coffee is artisan roasted: hand roasted in small batches to deliver a quality cup. These characteristics translate into the very best gourmet coffee, offered in three roasts for your enjoyment: Traditional, Dark and French. Our Traditional Roast is our lightest roast, possessing a medium body with a bright acidity and a sweet, clean and mellow flavor. Our Dark Roast is medium-full bodied, rich and smooth with exceptional aroma. Our darkest roast, French Roast is full-bodied, distinctive, intense and complex, possessing a rich, deep flavor that is pleasantly bittersweet and smoky.
