Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within two business days. However, you should allow up to two weeks to receive your order.  In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.  All purchases over $150 will be shipped free of charge UPS ground (Air services do not apply).  Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box, you must enter a complete street address.

Tesoros Del Sol is committed to protecting your privacy.  We do not share any personal information with outside third parties.  Any account information that you supply to us, will be used to process the requested transaction only.

Return Policy

At Tesoros Del Sol, we strive to offer great quality and service at unrivalled prices.   If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will accept returns to the address on the contact us page if returned under the following conditions:

• The merchandise must be undamaged by use and contain all original product pieces provided by Tesoros Del Sol.
• The merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt accompanied by a copy of the original shipping invoice and with all original Tesoros Del Sol packaging.
• Merchandise must be shipped to us by prepaid carrier such as UPS that requires a signature for delivery to ensure delivery to our store.   We do not accept collect shipments. **

* Please note that original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.  Refunds for products will be in the original form of payment.   Your credit card account will be credited for the amount of the item returned (plus agreed return shipping charges see below) only.

** If you receive merchandise that is defective (as determined solely by Tesoros Del Sol) or not as ordered, we will at our sole discretion either refund or credit you the value of your return shipping costs promptly upon our receipt and inspection of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise.   All shipping refunds will be determined by Tesoros Del Sol on a case-by-case basis.   Tesoros Del Sol is not responsible for any items that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
